A collaboration between two parents who spent their years working in the art and photo industry,
it's a children's book that you also won't mind having on your coffee table.
WHO
Designer and printmaker, Megan Lorenzo has worked for top creative agency Baron & Baron with clients Dior,
Calvin Klein, Coach and Valentino, spent years at Box Studios, making prints for Annie Leibovitz, Philip-Lorca diCorcia,
Roni Horn, Mark Seliger and worked on books published by SteidlDangin, Rizzoli and IDEA Books. She currently
runs her own letterpress and design studio Tiny Bones Press and has her hands extra full with twins.
Musician and photographer, David James Swanson has spent decades making music and taking photos around
the world. He’s been on tour with Jack White, The Dead Weather, and Lady Gaga, his work has been published
by Vogue, NY Times, Rolling Stone and the Wall Street Journal and has released three limited edition books with
Third Man Records. He currently has been working on personal projects and spending time with his daughter.

Colors, shapes, patterns is the first release of the Always Looking series - it is 36 pages of David Swanson's
photographs with two pages of playful text, 7"H x 8"W board book printed on FSC paper using soy inks
designed and published by Tiny Bones Press.
A portion of the book’s proceeds is donated to Wide Rainbow, a program bringing art classes to children.
